he Traffic lights @ 22nd and Fairmount are not timed correctly. It is only approximately 6 seconds for 22nd St going North, and about 23 seconds for Fairmount Ave east and west. It is causing constant backups on 22nd St at that light that has two bus routes and many tourist buses. This will get worse and worse as the Prison starts the Halloween shows.

Going to close this as I got this response for the same thing I reported again as below.
Ticket #1939446. Ticket forwarded to Streets Department for follow-up. A Streets Department Investigator will visit site within 24 hours to evaluate and take appropriate action to make intersection safe. Work should be completed within 4 business days.
After the timeframe of your request has passed, you can check the status of your ticket by calling 311 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Just give us the ticket number and we can check it for you. You can also go online to www.phila.gov/philly311 and track your request. Thank you. (mb)
