Description

2 drainpipes eject water horizontally from the roof/eaves over the sidewalk. In warm weather, there are 2 torrents of rain directly onto pedestrians' heads. In the winter, this makes enormous ice-slick piles on sidewalk. Owner of property NEVER shovels snow, puts salt/sand to prevent ice. In the winter, ice becomes super slippery because water is always dripping on it and adding. Summer water makes sidewalk impassable because water is DIRECTED onto pedestrians' heads.
